Index rent: The basis for this is the price index for cost of living determined annually by the Federal Statistical Office. The landlord can adjust the rent once a year in line with the general price development.

The apartment will be available from 15.06.

The deposit must be made in the form of a transfer to a deposit escrow collective account that is separate from the landlord’s assets. Deposit insurances, bank guarantees, etc. are not accepted.
