We, the Enchelmaier family, are renting out this light-filled and spacious attic apartment from September 1, 2026 – possibly even earlier upon agreement with the current tenants. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022.

You can reach the apartment on the second floor via the closed staircase. Upon entering, you arrive in a hallway from which all rooms are within short walking distance: the living room (room 1), the bathroom with daylight and a walk-in shower, the kitchen including a new fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (rooms 2 and 4), and an additional room (room 3) that is ideal as an office or a small children's room. On the lower level, an extremely generous and separate cellar (approx. 25 m²) completes this rental apartment. There is no balcony.

Schwaigern is situated in the Leintal at the foot of the Heuchelberg and is very easily accessible via the B293 or the suburban train connection.
