I'm renting out a studio apartment (1+kk) of 24 m² in Lesná, located on the 3rd floor of a 13-story building with 3 elevators. The apartment is fully furnished and faces east towards a park. Inside the apartment, there is a double bed on a mezzanine with a mattress, a kitchenette equipped with a counter, oven, hob, extractor, and kettle. In the hallway, you’ll find a large refrigerator with a freezer and a built-in wardrobe with a mirror. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a sink with a cabinet. Additionally, the apartment includes a washing machine, secure entry door, microwave, sofa bed, dining table with chairs, a desk with a chair and lamp, and a TV. By arrangement, I can also provide an extra wardrobe that would fit behind the sofa. A storage cellar on the same floor belongs to the apartment as well.
The bus stop is only a minute’s walk away, and the tram is a 3-minute walk—providing excellent access to the city center in 10 minutes. All local amenities are available nearby, including a shopping center, Lidl, Albert, and a polyclinic.
The rent is 13,000 CZK. In addition, there is a service deposit for utilities (1,600 CZK) plus internet and TV (700 CZK) and electricity (900 CZK), totaling 3,200 CZK. After the final settlement of the utility bills, any overpaid amounts will be refunded to the tenants. There is no need to transfer these contracts to your name; electricity, internet, and TV will remain under my name. The total monthly payment including utilities is 16,200 CZK. The refundable deposit is 15,000 CZK.
I prefer a non-smoker without pets for a long-term rental.
