Transport connections: In Bernhausen there is the S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart. Through the regional bus lines, the city bus line, and the express bus line, there is access to all 5 parts of the city and even to other communities in the district, as well as to Reutlingen. The B27 provides quick access to the A8 highway. There is also a fast connection to Stuttgart Central Station and the airport.

Cable connection is available (or already installed in the building). A fiber-optic connection is currently being planned.
The apartment also includes a secured cellar room.
In the underground garage, there is a parking space assigned to the apartment with an electrical connection for an additional €70 per month.
