The bright period apartment is being sublet furnished. It is very conveniently located in terms of transport in the Friedenau/Steglitz area (we took the photos in winter and they’re not really great, sorry!), has a sunny and large balcony, and is furnished. We are initially renting it out for only 3 years – possibly with the option to hand over the apartment for a longer/unlimited period afterwards. If interested and after consultation, the third room can be rented additionally.

The large (living) room faces Thorwaldsenstraße, is very sunny and bright. From here you can also access the balcony, which is similarly very sunny and has room for a bench. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, and a TV cabinet.

The second room is smaller and faces the quiet Menzelstraße, also bright and cozy, and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The third room, which is not included in the rental price, can possibly be rented additionally after consultation. This room is small, bright, and has a large window overlooking the balcony and thus Thorwaldsenstraße. It is very suitable as a bedroom, study, or guest room and features a spacious wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an extractor hood, stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as dishes and everything you might need.

The bathroom features marble tiles, a modern shower, and a small washing machine. The apartment is suitable for a shared apartment or a small family – with a maximum of 3 people.

The neighborhood is very pleasant—a very popular ice cream parlor is only a 5-minute walk away, and a local Edeka is just around the corner. Playgrounds, kindergartens, schools, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. By bus, bicycle, or on foot, you can quickly reach Walther-Schreiber-Platz, and medical care in the area is excellent. With the S1, you are quickly at Schlachtensee, Wannsee, or central Berlin.
