Four S-Bahn trains and regional trains per hour run to Cologne’s city center, while Bonn is accessible by tram via line 66. Landscape: Siegburg is located on a southeastern spur of the Cologne Bay and borders, to the east, the hills of the Bergisches Land, and, to the south, those of the Westerwald and the Siebengebirge. There is a highway connection: 1.5 km to the A560/A3; the distance to Cologne is about 30 km, and to Bonn via the B56 about 14 km. It is just a 5-minute walk to the foot of the Michaelsberg. To the north are extensive wooded areas as well as the Wahnbach reservoir. Wilhelmstraße is in immediate proximity to the Siegburg market square, thus connecting the property to the Siegburg pedestrian zone.
