Welcome to our friendly shared flat with uncomplicated yet considerate residents! We offer a partially furnished room in a 7-person flat in the quiet rear building, which is also very centrally located. The room is bright and spacious and boasts its own large terrace with a southwest orientation, including a small garden area.

Our shared flat has two entrances and two bathrooms. In the common area, there is the kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor, refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop.

In the building, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as the possibility to set up a drying rack. The courtyard/garden can be used as well. Additionally, there is a bicycle parking space behind the house. The room is available for rent immediately.

Our shared flat is located in an absolutely quiet area, despite its very central location. The S-Bahn, tram, and bus are all within walking distance, and the subway can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or by bus. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, sports facilities, doctors, and much more.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a curtain. A mosquito net provides protection from insects in the summer, and on the terrace, there is a table with two chairs. The shared flat features a kitchen with a ceramic stove, exhaust system, and two large fridge/freezers.

The flat has two bathrooms. There is underfloor heating; carpet; and tiled bathrooms.
