We rent 4 small apartments, ranging between 28 and 58 m². Accommodation for 10 to 12 persons is possible. Use of the garden, including garden furniture, is available. A grill may be set up, and sauna usage is available upon request.

The apartments are located in ancillary buildings on a courtyard in Storkow/OT Kummersdorf. Each apartment has a separate entrance.

We rent the apartments for a fixed period, preferably for a longer term of 6 or 12 months with an option to extend. A complete rental to one company is preferred.

Rent per apartment/month starts at €500.00 plus a flat-rate service charge. The total rent for all 4 apartments amounts to €3,000 plus additional costs. When occupied by 10 people, the rent corresponds to €10 per night per person plus additional costs. The additional costs are not itemized.

The apartments were furnished as holiday accommodations. They were not rented out to holiday guests.

The property is located in 15859 Storkow/OT Kummersdorf at the Storkower Kanal. The Storkower Kanal connects Storkower and Wolziger See (federal waterway). The immediate surroundings are characterized by a lake-rich landscape and forests. Directly outside, the Treidelweg path runs.

In Kummersdorf, you can enjoy a quiet evening or lead an active lifestyle.

Swimmers and water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here, as will hikers and cyclists.

Transportation and Connections:

- Good motorway connection via the A12 (exit Friedersdorf or Storkow)

- Berlin city center is 60 km away

- The Polish border (Frankfurt/Oder – Slubice) is 55 km away

- Regional train station RE36 (Königs Wusterhausen - Frankfurt (Oder))

- S-Bahn line S 46 from Königs Wusterhausen

- Bus line 406 (Kummersdorf-Storkow)

The apartments include kitchens and bathrooms and are furnished with bedroom/living room furniture as well as bathroom fittings.

Equipped with fitted kitchens and kitchen appliances, the apartments also come with the necessary crockery and cutlery.

A washing machine is part of the equipment.

One apartment features a fireplace.

- Hygiene and cleaning supplies

Cleaning and the cleaning schedule require further coordination and agreement.

Parking spaces are available.

A lockable storage room of approximately 20 m² can be provided or rented.

A shower is currently being installed in one apartment.
