The apartment and rooms are rented partly furnished. The new and modern fitted kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. In addition to the appliances, the apartment provides a basic set of kitchen utensils. In the rooms themselves, you will find the following new furniture and amenities: bed, desk, desk chair, and a wardrobe. Additionally, the rooms feature extra items such as desk lamps, curtains, additional storage space, carpets, and more. The rooms can be personalized and expanded with your own belongings as desired.

The Rheinturm and Medienhafen are within walking distance, and both downtown Düsseldorf and the Königsallee can be reached in just a few minutes by bicycle, car, or public transport.

Tram and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and offer quick connections to all districts as well as to the main train station. The nearby major roadways also provide fast access to the A46 and A57 highways.

All living spaces are equipped with real wood parquet, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. We exclusively form all-female or all-male shared flats with tenants of similar age groups. Mixed shared flats are only available if the community is already familiar with one another and all the apartment's rooms are taken as a whole.
