REVOCATION INFORMATION FROM THE PROVIDER
You have the right to withdraw from the service contract without giving any reasons within fourteen days from the day of the contract’s conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Aktiv Immo Services, Voccartstr. 27, 52134 Herzogenrath, info@aktiv-immo.de] by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this service contract. You may use a model withdrawal form available online, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received – including delivery costs (except for any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by you) – immediately and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged.
If you have requested that the service commences during the withdrawal period, you will pay an appropriate amount for the services provided up to the point of withdrawal in proportion to the overall scope of the contract.
