We are renting (commission free and directly by the owner) a nice one-room apartment. The apartment underwent a complete renovation at the beginning of 2025. Among other improvements, a new mini kitchen was installed, everything was freshly painted, and the bathroom was completely refurbished.

The apartment will be available from August 1, 2026.

The building itself was comprehensively energy-efficiently renovated a few years ago (with external insulation, a future-proof wood pellet heating system, and triple-glazed windows).

The apartment is located on Mühlstraße, not far from the Neckarau/Schlachthof sports complex. This quiet location is on the outskirts of Nürtingen, yet the city center is still nearby.

You are just a 10-minute walk from the train station or downtown. The Neckarweg—and thus the path “into nature”—is right in front of the house.

By car, you can be on the highway (A8) or the B10 towards Stuttgart in 5 minutes.

The apartment offers the following amenities:

- Living room/bedroom with a large window

- Modern mini kitchen unit with a 2-burner induction cooktop, a 40 cm wide dishwasher, and a multi-microwave with oven function

- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink

- Unfortunately, there is no basement storage room available for the apartment.

- The rent of 500 Euros is a flat-rate warm rent (all-in). No separate utility bill will be issued.

- No smoking.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

- Applicants are requested to have their own liability insurance.

- Rental is directly from the owner, no commission.
