We are offering a 43 m² one-bedroom apartment (2 rooms) for long-term rent in Petrovice on the 2nd floor. The apartment faces southeast and is very bright. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet.
It was fully renovated in 2016, and just had new cabinets, drawers, and oven installed in the kitchen. It is also equipped with a washer, dryer, induction cooktop, and range hood.
A portable air conditioner is available (stored in the basement). Otherwise, it is unfurnished; the only furniture is a wall unit in the entryway and cabinets in the bathroom. A refrigerator can be purchased if desired. A basement storage is available for partial use by arrangement.
The building is well-maintained, insulated, has plastic windows, and an elevator; there is an AlzaBox right at the entrance. A public transit stop is a 2-minute walk away; the bus takes 10 minutes to Háje (Metro Line C) and 25 minutes to Skalka (Metro Line A). Free parking directly in front of the building.
