The base rent is 980€ per month. Additional costs are calculated at 250€ per month for one person and 400€ per month for two persons.

The warm rent includes:

• Heating, parking space, property tax, building insurance, repair costs, caretaker, base fee for electricity & water,

• Water (cold/warm) up to 4 m³/month for one person or 8 m³/month for two persons,

• Electricity consumption up to 100 kWh/month for one person or 150 kWh/month for two persons,

• DECT telephone including a landline connection with its own phone number,

• Internet flat rate/Wi-Fi, and voice calls to the German landline network.
