For sale is our beautiful house with a commercial hall, garage, and the possibility to purchase or lease an adjacent building plot separately.

We are selling privately, without an agent.

We acquired the house with the attached garage and the adjacent hall in 2015 and lovingly renovated it over many years. Throughout, it was especially important to us to restore the original character.

The following items have been completely renovated or largely renewed:

- New roof covering

- Repaired and reinforced roof structure

- The roof insulation was customarily applied with clay and hemp-jute in a historically sensitive manner

- Chimney tops rebuilt and faced with new brickwork
