This is a bright room of about 17 m² in a four-room old building apartment located in Würzburg-Grombühl on Petrinistraße, right on the tram line. The room faces a quiet courtyard and comes fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, shelf, small closet, armchair, etc.) and, of course, you can still decorate it further to your liking.

The kitchen, bathroom, and hallway are shared and equipped with all the necessary items. The washing machine and dryer are brand new—as is all the furniture. The fitted kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer combination and a dishwasher, is included as well.

Parking is available with a resident parking permit. The room will be available from August 1, 2025.

Petrinistraße is a popular area for students and trainees with excellent transportation connections. The tram and bus (several lines) are just a 2-minute walk away. All daily necessities, various eateries, parks, and much more are in the immediate vicinity and offer great variety. The city center with its pedestrian zone can be reached in just 4-5 minutes by bicycle or tram.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and DSL/WLAN is available. There is a basement for bicycles and additional storage space in the courtyard.

Cooking and dining together, living, and working together is fun. A respectful coexistence is essential for everyone to feel comfortable. The room is rented to only one person. The rental period can be either fixed-term or open-ended. Each room in the shared apartment has its own rental contract. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are all included.
