The 6-room detached single-family house was built in 1978 by “Neuen Heimat” as a prefabricated house on a 947 m² plot. At that time, the entire side of the street was developed by “Neuen Heimat” with five identical single-family houses. The attic space was later converted.

The layout of the house is efficient and pragmatic. The details can be seen in the three attached floor plans.

On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the living/dining room, a bedroom, the kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a storage room, and a boiler room.

1st Upper Floor:

Attic:

The bus (line 594), which stops directly near the house, runs one way towards Pinneberg and the other towards Quickborn/Norderstedt.

The Volksparkstadion can be reached by car in 18 minutes.

The Gut Wulfsmühle Golf Club is located on the eastern edge of Borstel-Hohenraden.

Hamburg Airport is reachable by car in just under half an hour. Even with public transport, you can get there in about an hour.

In half an hour you can reach Hamburg’s Dammtor station or the main station. With the regional train RB 61, you can travel non-stop from Pinneberg station to Hamburg Dammtor in 14 minutes.

Conclusion: You live in the midst of the countryside, yet you are not isolated from the world. The big city of Hamburg is quickly accessible, especially the airport and the Hamburg train stations. You are not entirely dependent on a car.

Renovations:

The gas central heating system was renewed in 2013.

The existing Thermopane wooden windows date from the original construction period. The terrace door in the living room is made of plastic.

The attic space, which is reached by a fixed wooden staircase, was converted in 2013. During the attic conversion, the roof was completely re-insulated. A laminate floor and two Velux windows were installed.

Bathrooms:

It consists of a very large garage space (for one car) and an additional rear room that houses the heating system. This room can be used as a utility room. Electricity and water connections are available.

In the large garage room there is a retractable floor hatch. The attic in the garage covers the entire floor area and can be used as storage space.

The Garden House:

Behind the garage there is a garden house (approx. 20 m²) which was also built with high-quality clinker bricks and Biberschwanz. Its final completion was in 2019. It was not constructed for residential purposes, although it could be used as such (it is not approved for residential use under building regulations). A fireplace could be installed there to extend the time you spend there on mild summer evenings. Currently, there is a fireplace installed there, which the owner is in the process of removing.
