The apartment is currently still partially occupied. The photos are recent images of the apartment. The fitted kitchen is owned by the current tenant. However, if necessary, this tenant is prepared to sell the kitchen to the new tenant.

2.) Viewing appointment

We will then select potential tenants from among the applicants and invite them to a viewing appointment. This will take place on Tuesday, 06.05.2026 in the evening. We will notify you of the exact location and time of your viewing appointment by email along with the invitation. If you are among the shortlisted applicants, we will inform you by email on 04.05.2026 of the exact address and time of your individual viewing.

3.) Lease agreement

After the viewing, the apartment will be assigned at short notice and the new tenant will be informed about the approval.

Please understand that we will only consider applications sent to the above email address and that we cannot offer additional viewing appointments, etc. We wish to disturb the current tenant as little as possible with the re-letting process.
