The offered room is located on the 1st floor, left side, and has just been renovated. It is 15 m², furnished, and in good condition. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine and refrigerator is available. An additional storage room in the basement completes the offer.

The shared apartment is currently being newly established. 2 out of 3 rooms are already allocated, with the middle room now still available.

• Excellent public transport connections to further LUH locations or to the city via the U4/5 "Schaumburgstraße" stop. The bus line 136 stop is also located right on the next street corner.

• Various shopping options, supermarkets, restaurants, etc., in the immediate vicinity. Domino's Pizza right on the corner might just become your new favorite hangout.

We would like to offer you the room on a long-term basis. The rental period is therefore indefinite with a minimum rental term of 12 months.

The rent is understood to be a fixed flat-rate rent, which, in addition to the normal additional costs, also includes heating, electricity, and the GEZ fee. The only thing you currently have to arrange for yourself is an internet connection. The fiber optic connection has already been installed and will soon be operational. For hygienic reasons, you must bring your own mattress and bedding.

Non-smokers are preferred; unfortunately, dogs and cats are not welcome, and other animals must be discussed prior to move-in.
