Neu-Anspach is located about 30km from Frankfurt am Main and is very well connected by car via the A661 and A5 highways. The train station is reachable in just under 15 minutes on foot or a short bus ride; from there, the RB 15 line runs regularly to Bad Homburg—up to 4 times per hour during peak hours on weekdays, with some direct connections without transfers to Frankfurt Central Station. A direct connection to the S-Bahn line S5 is expected to be implemented in the near future.
In general, Neu-Anspach offers everything needed for everyday life: a multitude of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and snack bars; bakeries and butchers; doctors; kindergartens; as well as a primary and comprehensive school. For larger shopping trips, Bad Homburg is reachable in 15–20 minutes by car.
The apartment is centrally located yet very quiet in Neu-Anspach (near the town hall); it is surrounded by cul-de-sacs, so there is no through traffic.
The living areas on the ground floor were completely renovated in 2022 with great attention to detail and equipped with a higher-than-average level of fittings for a rental apartment—as it was originally intended for owner occupation. Notable features include:

• The ground floor is fully tiled; aside from the basement level, all living areas are heated via underfloor heating, and the heat pump, which was put into operation in 2023, has so far been very cost-efficient;
• All electrical wiring was renewed during the renovation; the apartment has many sockets, LAN connections in all living areas, electric shutters, and an intercom system with a camera.
