The bright, lovingly furnished, and fully furnished apartment is located in a holiday area and is equipped with almost everything that characterizes a holiday rental:

• Fully functional living kitchen with complete amenities – dining table and chairs, dishes, pots, extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.

• Room 1, which can be used as a living room or bedroom (sofa bed and daybed available)

• Room 2 with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and a separate exit

• Living kitchen with dining table and chairs and an exit to the outside

• Shower and separate daylit toilet

• Utility area with basic cleaning equipment

• All windows are fitted with blinds and light curtains

Most photos were taken before the first rental.

The apartment is located in a secluded setting with views of the church, town, and forest. A kindergarten and some schools are within walking distance, there is a local bakery, and a variety of shops are available about 3 km away.

The windows along with the water and electrical installations were completely renovated in 2022; vinyl or tiled floors were newly installed in 2022, and some of the furniture is antique/restored.

If necessary, the apartment can be accessed barrier-free through the kitchen or Room 2. It is not specifically equipped for barrier-free use. However, the shower is built flush with the floor and is separate from the toilet.

The outdoor areas are not completely finished, but they can be used at your own risk.

The apartment is ready for occupancy and is intended for long-term rental.
