The apartment is well-suited for individuals or couples. Small pets are possible upon agreement.

The house is centrally located in the old town center of Maschen. Shopping facilities, doctors, and pharmacies are within walking distance, and the bus stop is just around the corner. Maschen is part of Seevetal, south of Hamburg, approximately 22 km from Hamburg City.
