The currently present driving track is still to be dismantled and is not part of the contract.
The property is located in the Bogenhausen – Daglfing city district in the far east on the border with the municipality of Aschheim/district of Munich.
Access is via an unassigned private road. An easement is secured in the land register in favor of the leased property. There is no connection to public transport. The nearest bus stop is a 44-minute walk away.

Lease Purpose

Lease Payment:
The minimum lease is €5,054 per month plus a €600 advance for additional costs.
The tender for the leased property is based on a best price offer (see attachment).
Thus, the contract will be awarded to the applicant with the highest price bid.
Security Deposit

To secure all claims arising from the lease relationship, the lease contract provides that the tenant deposits a lease security in the amount of 6 net lease payments.
An additional lease of extra areas (plots 162/2, 163) for a horse paddock or for fodder production is possible.
Requirements/Restrictions

The exact number of usable horse stalls is to be verified by the new tenant based on current legal conditions, including the Animal Protection Act (TierSchG). The horse stalls may be modernized and altered by the tenant at their own expense if necessary.
According to the building permit dated 07.07.1993, the staff rooms may only be used for operational purposes.
Use as an independent residential unit is not permitted (§35 (1) BauG).
The lease is granted exclusively as a commercial property for the aforementioned lease purpose. Pure residential use or use as storage space is not possible.
Term: Minimum lease duration of 10 years with the possibility of extension.
