Building Plot 4 can be developed with either a single-family house or a duplex. Alternatively, two residential units per semi-detached house are allowed here (a duplex may include a maximum of 4 residential units).

The development of the building plots via a private road is currently in planning and is included in the purchase price. Based on the current planning status, we anticipate that the construction of the road will be completed by mid‑2026, so that buyers can begin building their properties from that time onward.

Menden (Sauerland) is a medium-sized district town in North Rhine-Westphalia. It is located in the northern part of the Sauerland region and belongs to the Märkischer Kreis. The district of Halingen lies to the northwest of the town of Menden, bordering the city of Iserlohn to the southwest and the city of Unna to the north. Excellent local and long‑distance transport connections make Halingen an attractive place to live. Due to the nearby A44 highway, as well as its proximity to the A1 and A2 highways, both the Ruhr area and the eastern Westphalian region can be reached quickly. The short distance to Dortmund Airport also makes Halingen an ideal location.

Additional Costs:
In addition to the purchase price, no further development costs will arise. The ancillary construction costs for the private road—such as soil investigation, the preparation of the subdivision permit, surveying fees, as well as the contract for the communal relationship—are not included in the stated purchase price.
