On the tower used for storing wood chips, there is a Telekom installation for mobile communications. This generates an annual rent of approximately 5,360 euros, secured for a further 25 years.
The plot is newly fenced and features a newly built smoking area with WPC flooring.
Sea containers as additional storage on the property, as well as the inventory, can of course be taken over upon request.
