Pforzheim’s Nordstadt is a multicultural district that is always lively. You are right in the middle of it, with various options of transportation by foot as well as public transport to get from A to B. However, parking spaces are rather scarce.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, and oven, as well as a refrigerator/freezer combination. An electric water heater provides hot water here. There is also a small storage room. The bathroom was also installed in 2022 in the former “laundry room,” so although it is very small, it is equipped as best as possible with a barrier-free shower, a heated towel rack, an electric underfloor heating system, and a large washbasin. The toilet is separate.
The rooms have old parquet flooring, which has been heavily used over the years, but for enthusiasts it will surely be a delight to bring it back to life.
In the basement, there will soon be a compartment assigned to the apartment – in recent months, we had to painstakingly clear it out because previous tenants repeatedly left behind items that could no longer be allocated.
