The total of 7 apartments, plus a shared kitchen, TV room, and rooftop terrace, are located in the Steingau quarter in the center of Kirchheim unter Teck. Due to the immediate proximity to the train station, it is also ideal for people commuting to Stuttgart, Esslingen, or Nürtingen. Adjacent to the property are the NANZ shopping center, the Teck-Center, and a medical center.

The IWR stadt-apartments were built in 2020, feature a modern and homely design, and are equipped with everything one needs for relocating to Kirchheim unter Teck. The IWR stadt-apartments are located on the 2nd floor and are barrier-free accessible from the ground floor/basement via an elevator. TV and high-speed internet are available.

In the sleeping area, there is a comfortable box-spring bed equipped with climate-neutral bedding. A small pantry kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and kitchen towels is provided. The shower room with toilet is equipped to a high standard. Linen and towel changes as well as an apartment cleaning can be booked (for an additional fee).

In the basement, there are bicycle parking spaces, a washing machine, and a dryer. Using the washing machine costs €2.50 per wash, and using the dryer costs €2.00 (as of Dec./2024). Pets are not allowed.
