Starting on July 1, 2026, we are renting out the following apartment in the heart of the beautiful Karlsruhe Südweststadt:

– This is a 3-room apartment on the second floor of a renovated old building on Klauprechtstrasse (approximately 82 sqm). From the hallway you enter the spacious bedroom, the daylight bathroom, as well as the third room, for example, an office. From the office, you continue into the bright living room with a view of Klauprechtstrasse. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen overlooking the inner courtyard. The kitchen comes with a basic set-up including a stove, oven, and extractor hood; the refrigerator can possibly be taken over from the previous tenant. A washing machine may be placed in the kitchen.

The apartment also includes a lockable basement storage room and shared use of the courtyard with a bicycle storage area.

The apartment is ideal for young couples as well as for singles.

***General Location***

Klauprechtstrasse is located in the Südweststadt, which, along with the Weststadt, has preserved the best old building structures from earlier times. Despite its quiet setting, you can reach the A8 and A5 highways in less than 10 minutes, and the Südtangente as well as Kriegstrasse in 5 minutes. Public transport (tram lines 2 and 5) will take you to the city center in about 7 minutes. On foot or by bicycle, it takes no more than 10 to 12 minutes!

***Everyday Life***

– The apartment is located in the part of Klauprechtstrasse that, due to the one-way system, experiences less through traffic, yet it is livelier because of the high shop density.

– In the immediate vicinity you will find a butcher, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, and the obligatory “Italian restaurant on the corner.” A drugstore and supermarket are about a 4-minute walk away.

– Culture: The ZKM and Filmpalast are accessible in a stress-free 5-minute walk.

– Günther-Klotz-Anlage and the new Europabad offer opportunities for physical activity and are about a 5-minute bicycle ride away.

A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and extractor hood. The refrigerator can potentially be taken over from the previous tenant. In addition, there is plenty of storage space, a small breakfast bar with stools, and room for, for example, a washing machine and dryer.

Equipped similarly to the living room.

The generously sized bedroom offers space for a large bed and ample storage for clothes, shoes, and more.

***Rental Period***

We would like to hand the apartment over to responsible tenants who are willing to stay for at least two years.
