We're looking for a friendly, easy-going, and shared-flat experienced roommate for our apartment on the first floor.

The apartment and the entire building have been completely renovated and are up to date (new windows, facade, new bathroom, new electrical wiring, new flooring, etc.).

Your new room is bright and cheerful, painted white with laminate flooring and furnished with a 1.40 m bed, a bedside table, a large wardrobe, and a desk with shelving. For hygiene reasons, the new tenant must bring their own mattress.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has daylight. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an oven, kitchen utensils, and more.

The rent includes almost everything (insurance, waste disposal, etc.). For electricity, gas, and water, you will pay a prepayment (50 €/month), and at the end of your rental period or at regular intervals an exact settlement will then take place.

A super-fast internet connection is also included in the rent.

In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Outside, there are seating areas and storage for bicycles.

A parking spot for your car can also be rented, depending on availability, and if desired, with an electric charging station.

Now about you:

Ideally, you should be between 20 and 30 years old. It would be great if you are also a student, intern, graduate student, apprentice, career starter, or similar.

Smoking is not allowed, nor are pets.

- The Neckar River with its Neckar cycle path invites you to jog and cycle

- Wasen area and the stadium can be reached on foot in just a few minutes

Living in a shared apartment:

This is a friendly flatshare in a building that houses several shared flats with young people.

Cleanliness and order are just as important as social living together.

Pets and smokers are not allowed.

Since everything is completely new, we place great value on order and careful treatment of the furnishings.

One important note regarding handing over the room upon move-out: We want everything to be perfectly clean when a new roommate moves in. Therefore, your room will be professionally cleaned upon the previous tenant’s departure. Based on past poor experiences with cleanliness upon move-out, we have agreed on the following: Your room and the common areas must be handed over swept and tidied up. The cleaning service will then clean everything perfectly. A flat fee of 150 € will be charged for this. It might sound harsh, but our experience has shown that there are always people who don’t know how to properly use a cleaning cloth, and the new tenant will definitely get a clean room.
