We regret that we cannot offer you a state‐of‐the‐art temporary home for couples with this apartment. However, the small, quiet, commuter‑proven apartment with a northeast balcony (accessible from the combined living/kitchen area) makes up for it with a cooking area that includes a refrigerator-freezer combination and an airfryer, a dining space, a new relaxation couch, and a large smart TV with a Magenta program offer. It also provides plenty of wardrobe space in the sleeping/working area furnished with a 1‑meter bed (with a new mattress) and a desk area (Wi‑Fi/fiber), while the not‑so‑modern bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.

It is ideally suited for the quick move‑in of a working individual (NR) who does not place too much importance on having a new bathroom or a large kitchen. The minimum rental period is three months.

Unfortunately, pet ownership is not allowed, so as not to exclude future rentals to allergy sufferers.

The transport connections in Friedrichsdorf and also in the district of Burgholzhausen are very convenient (public transport is easily reachable on foot, and both the B3 and the A5 are quickly accessible by car). The location at the outskirts of town with its green surroundings also invites you to go jogging or cycling.

The apartment’s features correspond to the current photos and include the provision of dishes, bedding, bed linen, and towels. However, hotel services are not provided.

Please understand that, as older owners, we generally rent only to employed self-payers. We charge a fixed tenant‑calculated flat fee (including electricity) for the service charges, despite the currently extremely unpredictable oil price (which, however, the Jobcom does not recognize in this way—so please refrain from inquiries on this matter). The flat‑rate rent is guaranteed for at least one year from move‑in; thereafter, an adjustment may be necessary (due to increased energy consumption by the tenant or due to rising prices from the utility companies).

The security deposit is payable in cash prior to the handover of the keys.
