In our modern building in Markt Schwaben with direct S-Bahn access to Munich, we offer fully newly furnished and modern apartments. The building was built energy-efficiently in 2015 and comprises one-room apartments with living areas ranging from 16 to 26 m² available over three floors. Many apartments are oriented to the sunny south and some even feature a conservatory.

Each apartment comes with a new, modern, and functionally designed basic setup. This includes a private shower room, a kitchenette complete with stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as full furnishings consisting of a wardrobe, desk, and bed. As such, the apartment is ideally prepared for an immediate move-in – all the essential elements for comfortable living are already provided.

All our apartments include an internet connection and are rented inclusive of heating, electricity, water, waste disposal, and caretaker services. Thus, all essential additional costs are covered in the rent, and no additional contracts or separate registrations with energy or internet providers are required (exceptions: cable TV and broadcasting fees).

In the separate laundry room, several washing machines and dryers are available.

Several parking spaces for cars are available in front of the building free of charge, and there are also enough spaces for bicycles.
