Location
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the district of Püsselbüren, with no through traffic. The village offers shopping opportunities and medical practices. The primary school is within walking distance, and secondary schools are in Ibbenbüren. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station in the direction of Rheine or Ibbenbüren.
