This bright and sunny 4-person shared apartment is looking for two new flatmates starting in June and July. Currently, four young apprentices/students (m/f) live here. The apartment is fully renovated and is located on the third floor of a completely energy-renovated multi-family house in Mannheim-Waldhof.

The shared apartment is situated in the Waldhof district of Mannheim. The area is well connected by public transportation, with several bus lines and a tram available. The motorway to Frankfurt, Heidelberg, and Karlsruhe can be reached very quickly. Directly opposite the apartment are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, the city administration, and a bus stop. The local DB train station provides a direct connection to Mannheim Central Station as well as to Frankfurt. An indoor swimming pool is just an 8-minute walk away. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet because the building has been completely energy-renovated and has new sound-insulated windows installed.

The shared apartment is very well equipped, featuring a fitted kitchen, a full bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and a separate guest WC. With its open dining and living area, the apartment offers plenty of space and freedom. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. The new underfloor heating can be individually regulated in every room and only needs to be used for 4-5 months, resulting in low heating costs.
