The cold rent amounts to 1,030 euros. In addition, there are 300 euros for ancillary costs. A deposit of 3,090 euros (3 months’ rent) is required. Electricity is not included. A new fitted kitchen, including appliances, is available. Everything needed for daily life—supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, etc.—is within walking distance.

The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. By bus, you can quickly reach downtown Frankfurt as well as everything interesting around Frankfurt: university, opera, cinema, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.

With bus line 43 you can reach Seckbach and Bornheim in just a few minutes.

With bus 551, at the Am Landgraben stop, you can get to Bad Vilbel and then to the S-Bahn at the south/north/train station, or to Offenbach/train station via Fechenheim and the U-Bahn station at Hessen Center.
