Currently, we have two apartments available: an apartment on the upper floor right with approximately 59 m² (2-room apartment with kitchen/bathroom) and an apartment on the attic floor right with approximately 60 m² (2-room apartment with kitchen/bathroom and gallery).

The historic building (a listed monument) has been completely modernized with ecological building materials, and at the same time, it has been equipped with energy-efficient, modern, climate-friendly technology. You will benefit from low-cost tenant electricity supplied from the building’s own roof (PV system), and the ecological interior insulation using wood fiber boards and clay plaster preserves the character of the Baroque building with its high ceilings and excellent indoor climate.

A modern central air-to-water heat pump, along with wall and underfloor heating, supplies the Baroque courtyard building, ensuring permanently low operating costs for all the apartments.

The historic town of Oppenheim is located in the Mainz-Bingen district (Rhineland-Palatinate), nestled in the hilly landscape of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Worms. As an important regional center, the town offers an excellent quality of life with historical charm (St. Catherine’s Church, Wine Museum) and modern infrastructure. Wormser Straße is one of the central avenues of Oppenheim, connecting the town center with the southern outskirts. The location is characterized by a mix of residential and commercial properties. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous facilities for everyday needs. A training center of the KVHS Mainz-Bingen is also located on Wormser Straße. Public transportation: Oppenheim station (with S-Bahn connections in the direction of Mainz/Frankfurt and Worms/Mannheim) is accessible on foot or by bicycle within a few minutes. The B9 is located not far from Wormser Straße and provides a direct connection to Mainz (about 20 minutes) and Worms (about 25 minutes). Along Wormser Straße and the adjacent side streets, public parking options are available. The property is ideally situated for wine and culture enthusiasts. The famous Oppenheim vineyards are directly in the area, and the German Wine Museum is an immediate neighbor. The historic marketplace is easily reachable on foot.

In addition to tenant electricity, the building features a video intercom system and keyless access via a smart lock. Internet access is provided centrally and cost-efficiently with its own access set up directly upon move-in.
