We rent out our beautiful and energy-efficient house in the picturesque municipality of Münsing, boasting an impressive view of the Zugspitze and over the village. Lake Starnberg is only about 1 km away.

The two-story house was completely renovated from scratch in the fall of 2024. It is characterized by a spacious layout and high-quality features. The large garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreational activities.

In the renovation of the over 100-year-old house, it was possible to combine the charm of the original design with top living comfort and modern standards for building sustainability. A heat pump and photovoltaic system provide an environmentally friendly energy supply. Natural insulation materials and triple-glazed windows ensure the highest standards of energy efficiency. Underfloor heating delivers a pleasant distribution of warmth in all rooms.

The generous space, which includes 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, a large living and kitchen area, and 2 bathrooms, offers ample space for families. Three balconies and the expansive garden invite you to relax, play, and garden. A basement is also available.

Outside, there are two covered parking spaces in the carport. The house is rented without a fitted kitchen, although tenants have the option to install their own. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

On the ground floor, there is a small self-contained apartment with a separate entrance that is not part of the rental. This apartment is occasionally used by us, the owners, for holiday purposes.

The house is located at the northern edge of Münsing, on slightly elevated ground, in a quiet and sunny setting. All important shopping opportunities and everyday services are easily and quickly accessible. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.

The municipality of Münsing offers a vibrant community life catering to all interests. About 4,300 residents live in Münsing and the surrounding districts such as Ambach, Ammerland, Degerndorf, Holzhausen, and St. Heinrich. There are day care centers, kindergartens, and a primary school in Münsing. Secondary schools can be found in Wolfratshausen, Geretsried, Icking, or Starnberg.

Münsing is ideally situated between Munich and the Oberland. The cities of Wolfratshausen (approximately 7 km away) and Starnberg (approximately 14 km away) are quickly accessible and well connected by public transport. In Wolfratshausen, the S-Bahn terminal S7 is located, while in Starnberg, there is a station on the S6 line. The Munich-Garmisch motorway (A95) is only about 2 km from Münsing.
