A practically designed room, ideal for minimalist living. The room is newly furnished with a bed, lamps, desk, chair + stool, wardrobe, and bedside table, providing everything for immediate move-in.

All all-inclusive rents already include:

Heating, water, electricity, and waste disposal fees.

Communal Areas

- Shared kitchen (~10 m²) with fitted kitchen, seating area, refrigerator, and dishwasher

- Daylight bathroom (~7 m²) with shower, toilet, and storage space
