Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent within the hall. A total area of 780 m² can be rented, with a minimum rental size of 80 m². The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m high (see pictures). This results in a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic volume of the rented area, the rental price (negotiable) is adjusted accordingly. The high-bay shelving can be customized for the customer, allowing for the creation of higher or lower shelving positions. Please understand that we do not rent individual pallet spaces but instead aim to offer larger areas.

Availability would be from September 2025.

The warehouse is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. It can be accessed from both sides by a truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz, OT Basdorf, on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity, as well as a high-voltage connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are monitored by video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
