The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a very well-maintained 4-unit building. The household community is friendly, open, and places great value on harmonious coexistence.

Due to the layout of the apartment, we prefer to rent it to a single person, preferably a student.

All rooms in the apartment are tiled. Upon entering the apartment, you immediately arrive in the living room. From there, the bedroom, kitchen, and daylight bathroom are connected.

Heating and electricity are already included in the additional costs.

The apartment is situated in a central downtown location. Both the train station and the city center with the market square can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

The apartment is partially furnished and fully tiled. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower; there is no bathtub.

The kitchen comes with a sink, stove, refrigerator, and oven.

A space is available in the communal laundry room for your washing machine and/or dryer. Laundry can be dried in the covered courtyard or on the attic. Drying laundry inside the apartment is not permitted.

The apartment does not have a balcony, terrace, or garden.
