It is a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minutes to the nearest highway connection and train station. All necessary shopping facilities are within walking distance. A pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets, and even a laundry/cleaning service are on the same street. The Kurpark can also be reached on foot.
