We offer you two adjacent plots in Worms with a total area of approximately 5,300 m². They are located only a few minutes from the city center in a quiet residential area (single- and two-family homes) and benefit from excellent bus connections, including routes to the hospital and the main train station. Even by bicycle, the city center is reachable in just five minutes.

Topographically, the entire site is largely flat, with a very gentle decline toward the northern tip of the plot.

The plots are completely unencumbered and free of any rental or lease agreements.
