The town has a population of 8,496, and together with the collective municipality and the surrounding neighboring municipalities from other administrative areas, there is a potential buyer base of 19,000 people.
The administrative offices of the town and the collective municipality are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached within 10 minutes without a car. Additional retail premises are located in the nearby area. The town is currently improving its infrastructure through appropriate expansion measures.
