The farmstead has a plot area of 13,700 m². Of this, about 5,825 m² is an enclosed pasture with a small barn. Next to it, there is a large orchard meadow (also enclosed) and a large utility garden with a big greenhouse. There is a small cluster of trees, a “tree house.” For the chickens, there is a small chicken coop and a chicken run (covered with robust netting), where the chickens are safely protected from hawks, foxes, and the like.
