The same treatment was applied on one side of the bedroom. According to the advisor, the visible high-voltage power line a little further away is not an issue.
In the meantime, both the skylight with electric shutter in the “library room” (2022) and the attic skylight have been replaced.
The apartment also comes with a double garage and a small basement. Approximately 8 years ago, the roof on the garage was renewed.
Its urban location is on a main road, yet at the back it is quiet and green. There is also a jogging track. Schools and kindergartens, as well as medical and dental care and hospitals, are in the surrounding area.
In 2015 the bathroom and guest WC on the lower level were renovated; by today’s standards you might also design the bathroom differently. On the top floor, the WC and flush tank were newly replaced, as in the apartment.

The floating floor on the terraces was only “refinished” in the summer of 2025. Currently, everything is fixed.
The façade on the street side was repainted in 2022.
The owners have already decided that the house and apartment doors and the mailbox/bell system will be replaced. The building’s reserve account is currently in good condition.
Plans: An energy consultant will come to establish a prioritized plan, which will then save money.
The gas heating system (Viessmann, with hot water for the entire building) is absolutely in good order. So far, the condominium fees have not only covered everything but have even left a surplus.
