In our cozy two-person shared apartment, a beautiful, spacious room is now available. The room is approximately 25 m² in size, flooded with light and facing east – perfect for anyone who loves to start the day with morning sunshine! The apartment is fully furnished and consists of:

In the two-person shared room, Anna has been living since early October 2024; she is currently in her 3rd semester at HTWK studying Library and Information Science and will continue to live in the shared apartment.

As we are a private student residence, we rent exclusively to enrolled students of Leipzig’s universities.

Renting to employees, trainees, or construction workers is not possible – we ask for your understanding.

The minimum rental period is 1 year.
