We are looking for a handy tenant who is willing to renovate this 2-room apartment in Mainz on their own – in return, you will live rent-free for the first 2 months. The landlord will provide all the renovation materials.

The approximately 55 m² apartment is located in Mainz and offers a spacious living/kitchen area with beautiful wooden floorboards, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, dining room, and bedroom are accessible via a steep internal staircase.

After consulting with the landlord, there is the possibility to replace this with a new spiral staircase – both the materials and the staircase are provided by the landlord.

The Offer:

∙ Cold rent after renovation: 550 €/month

∙ The first 2 months are rent-free – as compensation for your renovation work
