For sale are three interconnected building plots in the center of Bad Salzuflen, offering the possibility to implement a large-scale project in the heart of the city.

Currently, the plots are developed with mostly vacant old buildings (constructed around 1900). All the buildings are considered dilapidated and should accordingly be demolished. The existing structures will be included in the purchase.

The development plan permits three full floors in a tiered layout. On the ground floor, the plan (B-Plan 0153 – Bad Salzuflen) envisions commercial units (although an application for residential development is possible). On the first, second, and attic floors (with a roof pitch of 45–60 degrees), residential or commercial space can be created.

If the development plan is fully exploited, a building with roughly 1,095 m² of living/usable area is achievable (a bit more if the attic is counted doubly). And this is all in absolute proximity to the center.

Brüderstraße is located in the northwestern part of the city center and directly adjoins the pedestrian zone. The plots in question are numbers 367, 368, and 1542.

Optionally, the plot "Brüderstraße 25" (parcel 1644) can also be acquired. However, this property does not share the age of the three other buildings marked for demolition and is therefore generally regarded as somewhat separate.

The building, however, provides a good example of the permitted development (three full floors with a converted attic as a maisonette apartment).
