Our beautiful, sunlit new apartment will be ready soon! The view from the apartment almost exclusively overlooks greenery and the mountains.
During the construction of the apartment, we used only materials that we would also use in our own home. The vapor-open construction method and the materials used, for example, ideally regulate humidity and create a healthy and pleasant indoor climate.
The apartment – which spans two floors – is accessible via an external staircase. There will be no shared corridor with others. Each of the two levels features a south-facing balcony with enough space to dine with family and friends or to set up a deck chair. The view of the mountains and the gentle sound of the Schlierach stream make living even more inviting.

In the coming weeks, a lot will happen in the apartment. In addition, the bathroom and the electrical wiring will be completed and window sills will adorn the windows everywhere. The balconies will be built and the formwork completed. And when that’s done, it’s time for the outdoor areas. So you currently need a bit of imagination when looking at the photos :)
