The apartment is currently occupied by four female students who get along well, treat the apartment with great care, and would like to stay. All shopping facilities, including the Cineplex cinema in the GEZ, restaurants, and medical centers, are well developed and popular in Germering. The nearest S-Bahn stop is Harthaus, which still belongs to the Munich zone and is quickly reachable on foot or by bicycle. The motorway entrance is not far away, yet remains out of audible range.

The apartment has a total area of 86.6 m², including a 19.14 m² living room, a 14.23 m² bedroom, and two children’s rooms of 10.62 m² and 10.63 m² respectively. The fitted wardrobes in the two children’s rooms are located in front of the respective doors in the hallway, making the rooms more usable. In theory, these wardrobes could be removed, which would enlarge the hallway enough to set up a dining area.

There is a large private basement storage compartment as well as shared laundry and bicycle rooms in the basement.
