Freinsheim, with approximately 5,000 inhabitants, is a wine town that is famous beyond its borders for its old town with a medieval city wall. The town of Freinsheim has a well-developed infrastructure and good connections through the existing railway and proximity to the highways. Freinsheim is the seat of the collective municipality administration, has kindergartens, a primary school, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, a senior center – all easily reachable on foot. The cultural life in Freinsheim is also very diverse.
The property is still occupied by the current tenants, so the pictures were partly taken before the rental. In spring 2022, a new heating system with a solar/gas hybrid system and new radiators was installed.
