I am looking for a new tenant since all the furniture can be taken over with the apartment. The apartment is very well maintained and with the furniture included, only personal items need to be brought along.

The rooftop terrace that surrounds the apartment offers a unique view over Bochum's city center and can be accessed from the living room/kitchen via three exits, as well as from the bedroom and the spacious bathroom. Essentially, the entire apartment can be opened up to the rooftop terrace.

The elevator goes directly from the underground garage to the sole entrance door of the apartment on the floor.

The apartment is located in close proximity to the main train station and Ehrenfeld, in a new building complex from 2020 (by Vivawest).

Vivawest has equipped the apartment with a smart home system that controls the shutters on all windows, the lights, and an alarm system. The bathroom with tub and shower, as well as the guest WC, etc., you can see in the pictures yourself…

The furniture shown in the pictures is to be taken over:

- Fitted kitchen (with refrigerator)

- All cabinets in the bathroom, bedroom, and guest WC

- The large bed with plenty of storage underneath (then with a new topper)

- Complete lighting installation in all rooms, including the trusses in the industrial design

- Living room table with chairs from b&b italia (!!!)

For the furniture, I would like 5,000€, which corresponds to roughly 30% of the new value – not counting the b&b italia chairs (they are somewhat older, but still look fresh, and alone cost about 4,000€…)

Optional: Sofa from bo-Concept (new price 5,500€) – 2,500€

Optional: everything else, such as the TV, which I have installed wirelessly

We can discuss everything, but as described, this is the general idea. Move-in is possible before 01/07.

Everything in the apartment is almost like new.
